Decorative Crescent® Picture Mats

Conservation Crescent® Select Photo Mats
Conservation Crescent® Select mattes are our highest quality matboard. Completely archival with acid free paper and cores, these mats will last for hundreds of years and protect your most valuable art. Colors are perfect and there are very few defects. Conservation matboards are offered in extra thick 8 PLY format for that epic museum look.

Economy Berkshire Crescent® Mat boards
Berkshire picture mats by Crescent® are our most economical and are great for your typical reprints or personal photographs. Take advantage of a palette with hundreds of vivid colors to create an endless array of design combinations. Posters and reprints can be matted using this product. They are great for artists looking to display their low budget art work for shows and school projects.

My only complaint is that i needed some a bit smaller and couldn't get it. So I had to change my original plan.

Ordering custom mattes was easy and quality was good.
Matboard and More was easy to customize and order a matboard from. I appreciated that there were different colors, thicknesses and options. This meant I could matte some sentimental (but not expensive) pieces at a price point that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Shipping was reasonably quick (especially since it's all CUSTOM) and was well packaged. The mattes were true to the colors I picked out online and sized exactly as I specified.
I used Matboard and More to remat and reframe an original watercolor that I found at auction. I was able to upload a picture of the watercolor and try on multiple combinations of outer and inner mats to get the exact right combination. For less than 10% of the cost of taking the picture to a frame shop I got the same quality and choice of colors. My mats came quickly and without any damage and I was able to assemble the picture, mat and frame in minutes.
